As a Senior AI / ML Engineer, you will:

• Develop and optimize cutting-edge deep learning models using proprietary clinical data.

• Own PhenoTA's AI architecture.

• Work closely with software engineers, scientists, and clinicians to translate data into impact.

• Contribute to end-to-end AI development: from research and prototyping to deployment.

• See your work in action, directly improving patient care in real-world hospital settings.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong ML and data science fundamentals.

• 3+ years hands-on experience building and training deep learning models.

• Proficiency in Python and modern DL frameworks.

• Creative problem solver who thrives in a startup environment.

• Bonus: background in medical data, spectroscopy, or computer vision.
